How spearfishing is treated at AMP Capo Caccia - Isola Piana — Zona A di riserva integrale (Punta Giglio).
Second integral-reserve (zona A) sector of the Capo Caccia - Isola Piana Marine Protected Area: a small rectangle of sea immediately east of the Punta Giglio promontory, inside Porto Conte. Article 4(3)(f)-(g) of D.M. 20 settembre 2002 forbids all professional and sport fishing 'con qualunque mezzo esercitata' and explicitly 'la pesca subacquea', together with bathing, diving, navigation, anchoring and mooring. Spearfishing is prohibited across the entire AMP; entering this zona A at all is forbidden.
