No-take core zone of the Capo Gallo - Isola delle Femmine MPA covering the north-western and north-eastern sea around the island of Isola delle Femmine. Under the founding decree of 24 July 2002 all professional and recreational fishing by any means, and spearfishing expressly, are forbidden in zona A, together with bathing, diving, navigation, anchoring and mooring.
