How spearfishing is treated at AMP Regno di Nettuno — Zona B n.t. di riserva generale speciale (Secca delle Formiche di Vivara).
No-take special zone west of the Vivara islet, around the Formiche di Vivara shoal. The regulation states verbatim that in this zone professional and recreational fishing by any means whatsoever is forbidden, which includes spearfishing; only scuba dives and guided dives authorised by the managing body are allowed.
