How spearfishing is treated at AMP Tavolara - Punta Coda Cavallo — Zona A di riserva integrale (Isola Molarotto).
Pentagonal integral-reserve (zona A) around the islet of Molarotto in the Tavolara - Punta Coda Cavallo Marine Protected Area, extending roughly 750 m east and west, 1,000 m north and 1,500 m south of the rock. All professional and sport fishing, bathing and boat transit are forbidden (D.M. 12 dicembre 1997, art. 4, as rectified by D.M. 28 novembre 2001), and the 2014 execution regulation bans recreational spearfishing throughout the AMP. Spearfishing here is unlawful; only guided dives authorised by the managing body are possible.
