How spearfishing is treated at Area Marina Protetta Portofino (Liguria).
MPA on the Portofino promontory (Ligurian Sea). Recreational spearfishing (pesca subacquea in apnea) is prohibited throughout the entire MPA, and even possessing/transporting spearfishing gear within the MPA is forbidden (Regolamento di Esecuzione e Organizzazione, art. 20, G.U. n.181 del 04/08/2008).
