The water body in front of the famous Spiaggia Rosa in Cala di Roto, Isola di Budelli, closed by a still-current ordinance of the La Maddalena Archipelago National Park. Ordinanza del Presidente n. 4 del 3 agosto 2011 forbids inside the marked polygon 'la pesca professionale, sportiva e l'attività di immersione subacquea, anche in apnea' — i.e. spearfishing is banned twice over, both as sport fishing and as breath-hold diving — plus navigation, transit, anchoring, stopping and treading on the beach.
