How spearfishing is treated at Parco Nazionale dell'Arcipelago di La Maddalena — Zona Ma di tutela integrale (Isola di Spargiotto).
Marine integral-protection zone (zona Ma) covering the body of water around Isola Spargiotto, north-west of Spargi, in the La Maddalena Archipelago National Park. Annex A, art. 1 of D.P.R. 17 maggio 1996 bans professional and sport fishing by any means in zone Ma, and the park regulation adds an explicit prohibition on stopping, navigating, transiting, anchoring and sport fishing in the Spargiotto water body. Spearfishing is therefore unlawful here.
