Marine integral-protection zone (zona Ma) around the Li Nibani islets in the La Maddalena Archipelago National Park. Annex A, art. 1 of D.P.R. 17 maggio 1996 bans in every zona Ma 'la pesca professionale e sportiva con qualunque mezzo esercitata', and the park regulation additionally forbids stopping, navigating, transiting, anchoring and sport fishing specifically in the Li Nibani zona Ma. Spearfishing is a form of pesca sportiva and is therefore unlawful here; the park permits it only in zone Mb, to a restricted resident group.
