How spearfishing is treated at Parco Sommerso di Baia (Bacoli, Golfo di Pozzuoli).
Underwater archaeological park over the sunken Roman city in the Gulf of Pozzuoli, instituted by the Decreto interministeriale 7 agosto 2002 (G.U. n. 288 del 09/12/2002). The decree expressly bans 'la pesca subacquea' in every zone of the park — in the zona A di riserva integrale at art. 4 comma 3 lett. g, alongside 'la pesca professionale e sportiva con qualunque mezzo esercitata' at lett. f, and in the zona B at art. 4 comma 6 lett. f — so spearfishing is prohibited throughout the park.
