How spearfishing is treated at Zona di Tutela Biologica «Area Tenue» — tegnùe di Chioggia (Veneto).
Biological protection zone covering the 'tegnùe' rocky reefs offshore of Chioggia, delimited by four coordinates in the 2004 institutive decree. The 22 January 2009 decree bans every form of professional, sport and recreational fishing including spearfishing unless explicitly allowed, and here allows only set nets and 5-hook angling and only in the channels between the four rocky patches — so spearfishing is prohibited throughout.
