Overview
How spearfishing is treated at Other fishery water bodies, reservoirs and rivers (general).
Amateur and sport fishing with spearguns is permitted on water bodies and rivers generally, except state nature reserves and aquaculture/commercial-fishing/reproduction zones (point 2), outside public recreation zones (point 9), under permit/ticket.
