How spearfishing is treated at Sandy Point Reef (Sandy Point National Marine Park).
Small designated marine protected area (WDPA site 31317, ~0.024 km2) on the reef off Sandy Point Town below Brimstone Hill, St Kitts — the area promoted as Sandy Point National Marine Park dive site. It lies inside the Saint Kitts and Nevis Marine Management Area (FAMRA 2016), and spearfishing/scuba-assisted fishing is prohibited throughout federation waters; the site's own instrument-specific fisheries rules are not published.

Register and apply through the Department of Marine Resources. Visitors are reported to need a fishing licence obtained via a chief fisheries officer. Note that spear/scuba-assisted fishing is separately restricted/prohibited regardless of any general fishing licence.
