Parque Nacional Arrecife de Puerto Morelos, a CONANP marine national park on the Caribbean coast of Quintana Roo, part of the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System. Recreational spearfishing is not permitted in the protected reef; the park is a mixed-use MPA managed for coral-reef conservation with a regulated concessioned-fishing subzone.
