Core restricted-use subzone (2,886 ha) between Las Animas and Isla San Lorenzo in the Gulf of California. The management program published in the DOF on 20 January 2015 lists fishing in all its modalities as a non-permitted activity here.

License requiredvia Comision Nacional de Acuacultura y Pesca (CONAPESCA), Direccion General de Ordenamiento Pesquero y Acuicola

Apply online via the CONAPESCA e5cinco portal (https://e5cinco.conapesca.gob.mx/) or at CONAPESCA offices/subdelegations, or through authorized vendors/charter operators. Required for every individual fisher.
