How spearfishing is treated at Zona de Uso Restringido Punta Xcayal-Ensenada Xahuachol (Parque Nacional Arrecifes de Xcalak).
Restricted-use zone covering the northern marine section of Xcalak Reefs National Park, Quintana Roo. Under the management program (DOF 08/10/2004) the only activities allowed here are non-motorised boat trips, transiting vessels, filming, research, environmental education, restoration, monitoring and waiting-anchorage: no fishing of any kind, and no diving, is listed as permitted.
