Complete ban on fishing for Arctic grayling (Thymallus arcticus) across all water bodies of the Darhat (Darkhad) Basin in northwestern Khövsgöl Province. The basin lies between the Ulaan Taiga and Khoridol Saridag ranges, around the soums of Tsagaannuur and Renchinlkhumbe.
