How spearfishing is treated at Faerder no-take zone (Nullfiskeomrade Faerder, outer Oslofjord).

Year-round total no-take zone around Faerder in the outer Oslofjord (Faerder national park area), effective 1 January 2026 under FOR-2025-12-19-2889. All fishing and harvesting of fish and shellfish, including while diving/spearfishing, is prohibited. Boundary polygon (Vedlegg 3) spans roughly 59°00.4'-59°15.1'N and 010°20.1'-010°31.1'E; point is a representative center.
