Overview
How spearfishing is treated at Inland public waters under lease/permit.
Lakes and rivers in inland waters where the holder of fishing rights (e.g. Wody Polskie / Polish Angling Association PZW / fishery operators) has issued a crossbow-fishing permit. Spearfishing is allowed with a karta lowiectwa podwodnego plus the relevant zezwolenie, subject to the daytime, 50 m float and submersion rules.
