How spearfishing is treated at Reserva Natural Marinha do Banco Condor (Azores).

Marine nature reserve on the Condor seamount, located approximately 17 km west-southwest of Faial Island. Demersal fishing has been prohibited since June 2010 and the area is designated as a total-protection no-take zone under the RAMPA (Decreto Legislativo Regional 14/2024/A); all extractive activities including spearfishing are banned.
