Overview
How spearfishing is treated at Zona marină de la Capul Tuzla (Cape Tuzla Marine Zone, ROSCI0273).
Natura 2000 marine protected area (Site of Community Importance ROSCI0273, ~1,738 ha) on the southern Romanian Black Sea coast, about 20 km south of Constanta and 20 km north of Mangalia, off Cape Tuzla. Protects the most extensive rocky reef bottom in the Romanian Black Sea sector. Fishing is regulated under its management plan (Ord. 1433/2016); spearfishing/harpooning is prohibited under national law (OUG 23/2008).
