How spearfishing is treated at All Swedish waters (national territory).

Spearfishing with any gear that impales fish is prohibited throughout Sweden — coastal sea waters, the five large lakes and all inland waters. There is no zone where spearfishing is permitted. Catching lobster or crab while diving is also banned nationally.
