State-developed seaside resort on the eastern Caspian shore, ~12 km west of Turkmenbashi, with developed sandy bathing beaches, marinas (Yacht Club Yelken) and swimming areas plus a 30-hectare aquapark hosting ~150,000 visitors a year.
