How spearfishing is treated at Batiquitos Lagoon State Marine Conservation Area (No-Take) (California).

Batiquitos Lagoon east of the Interstate 5 bridge, Carlsbad, San Diego County (0.51 sq mi). A no-take SMCA with no fishing exception, and 14 CCR §632(b)(137)(C) prohibits boating, swimming, wading and diving inside the conservation area. Spearfishing is prohibited.
