Officially designated no-take SMCA on the northeast side of Santa Catalina Island near Two Harbors/USC Wrigley Marine Science Center (14 CCR §632(b)(124); CDFW type 'SMCA (No-Take)'): the only take exceptions are permitted scientific collecting and artificial-structure maintenance, so all fishing, including spearfishing, is prohibited.
