How spearfishing is treated at Bolsa Bay State Marine Conservation Area (California).

The Bolsa Chica wetlands tidal bay at Huntington Beach, Orange County (0.07 sq mi). Take is limited to finfish by hook and line from shore in designated areas only, and 14 CCR §632(b)(121)(C) separately prohibits boating, swimming, wading and diving inside the conservation area. Spearfishing is prohibited on both grounds; entry is also barred between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
