The Bolsa Chica full tidal basin at Huntington Beach, Orange County (0.70 sq mi). A no-take SMCA with no fishing exception whatever, and 14 CCR §632(b)(122)(C) prohibits boating, swimming, wading and diving within the area. Spearfishing is prohibited.
