How spearfishing is treated at Brackett's Landing Shoreline Sanctuary Conservation Area — Edmonds Underwater Park (Washington).

Washington's best-known shore dive, immediately north of the Edmonds ferry terminal, is a statutory Conservation Area. WAC 220-305-080(1) makes it "unlawful to fish for or possess fish, shellfish, or wildlife taken from any conservation area defined in chapter 220-303 WAC", so all finfish are closed and spearfishing is prohibited. The area itself is defined by WAC 220-303-010.
