How spearfishing is treated at Cape Falcon West Marine Protected Area (Oregon).

The offshore marine protected area west of the Cape Falcon Marine Reserve, Tillamook County. OAR 635-012-0140(1) prohibits the "Take of any fish species"; the only allowances are commercial or recreational salmon trolling and crabbing (with a voluntary gravel-bed avoidance scheme for crab pots). Spearfishing is prohibited.
