How spearfishing is treated at Casino Point State Marine Conservation Area (No-Take) (California).

The Casino Point / Avalon Underwater Park at Avalon, Santa Catalina Island (0.01 sq mi) — California's best-known shore dive. It is a no-take SMCA: 14 CCR §632(b)(127)(B) authorises only maintenance of artificial structures, and feeding fish for marine life viewing. Spearfishing is prohibited; the park is for sightseeing only.
