How spearfishing is treated at Drakes Estero State Marine Conservation Area (California).

Drakes Estero inside Point Reyes National Seashore, Marin County (2.50 sq mi). 14 CCR §632(b)(47)(B) allows one thing only — the recreational take of clams. All finfish are protected from every method, so spearfishing is prohibited.
