No-take Sanctuary Preservation Area (commonly known as Key Largo Dry Rocks, site of the Christ of the Abyss statue) of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. All fishing by any means, including spearfishing, and any removal of marine life are prohibited under 15 CFR 922.164(d)(1). Official appendix name: 'Dry Rocks'.
