How spearfishing is treated at Emma Schmitz Memorial Marine Preserve (West Seattle, Washington).

The city-owned tidelands off Emma Schmitz Memorial Overlook on Beach Drive SW, West Seattle, plus the water column above them down to 4.5 feet below MLLW (WAC 220-302-050). Under WAC 220-305-080(2)(f) finfish may be taken from the intertidal areas only with hook and line gear, so spearfishing is prohibited inside the preserve.
