Famosa Slough estuary south of the San Diego River channel, San Diego (0.03 sq mi). A no-take SMCA: 14 CCR §632(b)(145)(B) permits only habitat restoration, maintenance dredging and maintenance of artificial structures. No fishing of any kind, including spearfishing, is allowed.
