How spearfishing is treated at Footprint State Marine Reserve (Channel Islands, California).

Entirely offshore no-take State Marine Reserve with no shoreline component (14 CCR §632(b)(114)), lying in the waters south of Santa Cruz and Anacapa islands and bounded on the south by the three-nautical-mile state-waters boundary. All take, including spearfishing, is prohibited.
