How spearfishing is treated at Goleta Slough State Marine Conservation Area (No-Take) (California).

Goleta Slough behind Santa Barbara Airport, Santa Barbara County (0.16 sq mi). A no-take SMCA: 14 CCR §632(b)(100)(B) permits only routine maintenance and restoration activities, and §632(b)(100)(C) additionally prohibits boating, swimming, wading and diving in the waters below mean high tide inside the Goleta Slough Ecological Reserve. Spearfishing is prohibited twice over.
