No-take State Marine Reserve off Harris Point on the north shore of San Miguel Island, Channel Islands (14 CCR §632(b)(103)). All take, including spearfishing, is prohibited except within a small defined exemption corridor in Cuyler Harbor where take is allowed (§632(b)(103)(C)).
