How spearfishing is treated at Keystone Conservation Area (Fort Casey, Whidbey Island, Washington).

The Keystone jetty dive site beside the Coupeville ferry landing in Admiralty Inlet is a statutory Conservation Area. WAC 220-305-080(1) makes it "unlawful to fish for or possess fish, shellfish, or wildlife taken from any conservation area defined in chapter 220-303 WAC", so all finfish are closed and spearfishing is prohibited. The area itself is defined by WAC 220-303-030.
