No-take SMCA along the Laguna Beach coast, Orange County (3.09 sq mi), adjoining the Laguna Beach State Marine Reserve. 14 CCR §632(b)(135)(B) allows no take whatever apart from authorised maintenance activities, so all fishing including spearfishing is prohibited across the whole area.
