Overview

How spearfishing is treated at Lincoln Park Marine Preserve (West Seattle, Washington).

The city-owned tidelands off Lincoln Park in West Seattle, plus the water column above them down to 4.5 feet below MLLW (WAC 220-302-070). WAC 220-305-080(2)(f) closes the intertidal areas to removal of organisms except finfish taken with hook and line gear, so spearfishing is prohibited inside the preserve.
