How spearfishing is treated at Montara State Marine Reserve (California).

No-take State Marine Reserve on the San Mateo County coast between Montara and Pillar Point, north of Half Moon Bay, part of California's MLPA network. Under 14 CCR §632(a)(1)(A) all take of any living marine resource, including spearfishing, is prohibited.
