How spearfishing is treated at Orchard Rocks Conservation Area (Rich Passage, Washington).

A 400-yard-radius closure around the Orchard Rocks day marker in Rich Passage, off Bainbridge Island, and a statutory Conservation Area. WAC 220-305-080(1) makes it "unlawful to fish for or possess fish, shellfish, or wildlife taken from any conservation area defined in chapter 220-303 WAC", so all finfish are closed and spearfishing is prohibited. The area itself is defined by WAC 220-303-050.
