Iconic no-take State Marine Reserve off Point Lobos State Natural Reserve south of Carmel (14 CCR §632(b)(81)) — one of California's oldest protected dive areas; diving inside the adjacent State Park unit additionally requires a State Parks reservation. All take, including spearfishing, is prohibited.
