Large no-take SMCA along the Palos Verdes Peninsula off Point Vicente, Los Angeles County (15.04 sq mi). 14 CCR §632(b)(119)(B) lists no take exception at all — only EPA-directed remediation of the Palos Verdes Shelf Superfund site is allowed. All take, including spearfishing, is prohibited.
