How spearfishing is treated at Richey Viewpoint Marine Preserve (West Seattle, Washington).

The city-owned tidelands off Richey Viewpoint (Me-Kwa-Mooks / Beach Drive SW), West Seattle, plus the water column above them down to 4.5 feet below MLLW (WAC 220-302-080). WAC 220-305-080(2)(f) permits finfish to be taken from the intertidal areas only with hook and line gear, so a speargun may not be used inside the preserve.
