How spearfishing is treated at Russian River State Marine Conservation Area (California).

Ocean SMCA off the Russian River mouth at Jenner, Sonoma County (0.84 sq mi), seaward of the Russian River SMRMA. Only Dungeness crab (by trap, and recreationally also hand-held dip net or beach net for true smelt) may be taken. No finfish may be speared.
