The lower Russian River estuary at Jenner, Sonoma County (0.36 sq mi). 14 CCR §632(b)(37)(C) prohibits take of all living, geological, or cultural marine resources, with waterfowl hunting the only exception. Spearfishing is prohibited throughout.
