How spearfishing is treated at Saltar's Point Beach Conservation Area (Steilacoom, Washington).

The tidelands owned by the Town of Steilacoom at Saltar's Point Beach between Montgomery Street and Martin Street, and the water column above them, a statutory Conservation Area defined by WAC 220-303-060. WAC 220-305-080(1) makes it unlawful to fish for or possess any fish taken from a conservation area, so spearfishing is prohibited. The footprint is tidelands only.
