How spearfishing is treated at San Dieguito Lagoon State Marine Conservation Area (California).

The San Dieguito Lagoon Ecological Reserve at Del Mar, San Diego County (0.11 sq mi). The only take permitted is finfish by hook and line from shore, and 14 CCR §632(b)(140)(C) prohibits boating, swimming, wading and diving inside the conservation area. Spearfishing is prohibited; the California least tern nesting island is also closed to entry.
