How spearfishing is treated at San Elijo Lagoon State Marine Conservation Area (No-Take) (California).

San Elijo Lagoon between Solana Beach and Encinitas, San Diego County (0.50 sq mi). A no-take SMCA: no take is permitted beyond restoration and maintenance work, and 14 CCR §632(b)(139)(C) prohibits boating, swimming, wading and diving within the area. Spearfishing is prohibited.
