How spearfishing is treated at Saunders Reef State Marine Conservation Area (California).

Kelp-forest SMCA over Saunders Reef off Anchor Bay, Mendocino County (9.36 sq mi). Recreational take is limited to salmon by trolling; commercially, salmon by troll gear and sea urchin. Spearfishing is not an authorised method, so divers may not take fish here.
